All vehicle MOTs suspended for 3 months

No vehicles will be tested for next three months as extension is granted by DVSA. With current country lock down it would be difficult to expect the MOTs to be completed.

This however calls for greater need on vehicle inspections and more thorough vehicle checks by the drivers who are still driving.
